		<description>Julia, if that model is like mine that plate is made of aluminum which is very soft and will easily damage.  I use the end of an Allen wrench or screw driver that is just slightly smaller than the hole in the plate and push gently on it.  You want something with a fairly long handle to give you some good leverage.  Let me know if that works for you or not.
